On a Macintosh computer w/ Macromedia Dreamweaver simply because it works! And the tools available and well familiar to the editor.

Sources:

Include a variety of magazines, papers, personal contacts, et cetera.

Distribution:

(Via email but so far limited, more trials - until we get time to re-create subscription service including users to themselves control their subscription. If anyone has tips for free and easy-to-manage service/application, please let us know.
